I honestly can’t put into words how grateful I am for this salon. They have been such a meaningful part of my wedding hair journey, not just doing my hair, but truly caring about me every step of the way. When I first walked in, my hair was very dry and damaged, and I felt quite overwhelmed knowing how important my hair was for my wedding day. From the very beginning, they took the time to colour correct my hair, carefully explain every step, and create a plan that would actually get my hair healthy again not rushed, not unrealistic, just honest and thoughtful. That reassurance meant everything to me. Every appointment feels warm, welcoming, and uplifting. The conversations are kind and encouraging, and they genuinely want to know about you ;your life, your wedding, your excitement and nerves. You’re never made to feel like just another client. I always leave feeling confident. Tori is truly incredible. She is so hardworking, dedicated, and passionate and you can feel how much she genuinely cares. She has put so much love and effort into my hair journey, and I trust her completely with something that means so much to me. Sonja, is such an inspiration. Her passion, confidence, and warmth are unforgettable. I always looked forward to seeing her, and she has a way of making you feel amazing about yourself the moment you sit in her chair. Thank you for not only transforming my hair, but for being such a special part of one of the most important chapters of my life

From the moment you step into the salon, you’re greeted by the loveliest team who make you feel welcome and comfortable every single time. They actually listen to what you want, which is so rare, and they have the talent to back it up. I trust Sonia completely—I’m so confident in her styling skills that I pretty much let her do whatever she likes, and I always walk out looking and feeling like a million bucks. It’s not just about the hair (though my fabulous hair gets compliments constantly!); it’s the way they make you feel. These ladies are warm, genuine, and make the whole experience fantastic. I recommend Vanilla Hair of Essence to absolutely everyone—I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.

This was my first appointment and the reviews I read didn’t let me down. What a fabulous salon. Sonia welcomed me the moment i walked in the door, and Tori listened to what I asked for, then cut and styled my hair exactly how I wanted it. She also gave me some great insights and pro tips for my hair type. No one tried to sell me product I didn’t want, and there were no surprise costs at the end. I walked away loving my new haircut, and also feeling I had made some new friends. Thank you Sonia and Tori for such a great experience. Highly recommend!

I walked in with a lot of apprehensions as I needed fix for my hair from a bad haircut experience from another salon. I left with the best haircut ever. Tori gave me the best experience possible, made me comfortable, was immensely patient and understood what exactly I needed. Looking forward to go back and get more pampering for my hair😄
